This is perhaps the one place where your BlasterCard will work almost everywhere.  There are vending machines, a copier, and Point-of-Sale (POS) devices located throught the Student Center.

Copier

The copier, located across from the Student Activities office, is equipped with a Copy Control Unit (CCU) and can be activated by swiping your BlasterCard.  Your BurroBucks* account will be charged the current per/page rate.

Slate Cafe

The Slate Cafe is equipped with a POS device capable of reading your BlasterCard.  If you have a meal plan, it will automatically record the consumption of a meal.  If you have a stored value account (Munch Money or BurroBucks*), it will automatically be charged the value of the meal.

Food Court

The Food Court is also equipped with a POS device that will enable you to use your BlasterCard to purchase food.  Instead of your meal plan being debited, a stored value account (Munch Money or BurroBucks*) will be charged.

Recreation Center

Here, a stored value account (Munch Money or BurroBucks*) can be used to purchase food and drink items at the Juice Lab. 

*You cannot use or deposit funds into your BurroBucks account until you activate it by accepting the Disclosure Statement.  You may do so either online or in person at the Card Office.  See the "Stored Value Accounts" page under FAQs on the menu at the left.
