How to Replace a Lost Card

Come to the Campus ID Card Office Ben Parker Student Center 172 to have a new card made.  There will be a $15 fee charged at the time the replacement card is issued to you.

Cards that require replacement due to normal wear and tear will be replaced at a minimal cost.
