Background:
I joined the Environmental Health and Safety Department at the Colorado School of Mines in October 2000. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health from West Chester University in 1991, I moved to Denver and have worked at small to mid-sized environmental consulting firms. My experiences include providing RCRA and CERCLA compliance services, property assessments, industrial hygiene monitoring, and training. Working in the consulting arena has provided me a comprehensive understanding of a variety of industries and processes including oil and gas exploration and production, health care and manufacturing.
The Colorado School of Mines is a great place to work. I enjoy the diversity of the students and the cutting-edge standard established at the school. I look forward to managing environmental health programs and the many professional challenges the Colorado School of Mines provides.
