Basic Login Directions for Secured Web Pages
For IS pages that show sensitive data or allow administrative actions, authentication may be required. In this case, the web browser you are using should display a username and password dialog box in order to make sure you are authorized to view the page. The username and password you use should almost always be the same that you use to log on to your windows workstation, except for a few exceptions where a single user has been set up for people who do not have a windows username and password.
Depending on several factors, including which browser and operating system you are using, the
password dialogs may look somewhat different. In general, if there is a username box, a
password box, and a domain box, you should put your windows username in the username box, your
windows password in the password box, and info_services in the domain box.

If there is just a username box and a password box, the username should be "info_services\<your username>", and the password should be the same you use to log on to windows.

If you are still not able to log in, you should check with your desktop support personnel.
